Owner, Mark Collier, is involved in every step of the project to ensure that you feel at ease with the progress and the professionals entering your home. Expect daily communication and an on-site presence from Mark, so you can rest assured that your renovation is in good hands. Not only is Mark flanked by his brother and local firefighter, Matt, but he is lucky enough to be rounded out by his two lifelong friends, Michael and Matt. Each subcontractor who works alongside CHI has been hand-picked and vetted against Mark's strict quality standards and has been with CHI for many years. Mark works with only one subcontractor of every specialized trade (such as electrical, plumbing, etc.) to guarantee clients a consistent result across all his projects.
