**Who We Are**

# About Us

Inviting someone into your home isn't easy. From your initial project request through the final steps of your home renovation, we want you to feel comfortable with our in-house crew and hand-picked team of subcontractors.

Owner, Mark Collier, is involved in every step of the project to ensure that you feel at ease with the progress and the professionals entering your home. Expect daily communication and an on-site presence from Mark, so you can rest assured that your renovation is in good hands. We prioritize transparency and trust throughout the entire process, making sure you are well-informed and confident in the team working on your home.

Not only is Mark flanked by his brother and local firefighter, Matt, but he is lucky enough to be rounded out by his two lifelong friends, Michael and Matt. Each subcontractor who works alongside CHI has been hand-picked and vetted against Mark's strict quality standards and has been with CHI for many years. Mark works with only one subcontractor of every specialized trade (such as electrical, plumbing, etc.) to guarantee clients a consistent result across all his projects.

### Mark Collier

Owner/Operator

Mark didn't just stumble into home remodeling - it's a family business. For three generations, the Collier Family, including Mark's grandfather, Walter, and his father, David, have worked hand-in-hand with homeowners to turn their existing home into their dream home.

In 2014, Mark created Collier Home Improvements, LLC, working alongside both family and a crew of top-notch talent. He is a fully licensed and insured General Contractor operating out of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his sons in flag football, and a nice round of 18 holes.
